We need a conservative approach to zoning, that includes larger lot sizes, less density and more open space and amenities for our families.  We need to update our comprehensive plan to reflect today’s density expectations and tell developers to focus on our standards, not their profits.

Tim has never voted for multi-family and he never will.  We have enough multi-family in Rockwall, and he will fight any developer who tries to bring it to our city.  Let’s focus on single family homes that raise the quality of life in Rockwall.

Tim is the liaison to the Rockwall Economic Development Corporation and is on the front lines of attracting new industry to Rockwall. Tim wants to keep the tax burden off of home owners by focusing on quality employers that create high paying jobs for residents.

Tim was on the council that  voted to cap taxes for our Seniors. He has worked hard  as Chair of the Rockwall Housing Authority to protect our Seniors and brought huge changes to enhance the lives of our senior residents. 

Tim supports law enforcement.  After others failed, Tim got our Municipal Court made a Court of Record, to stop frivolous appeals from undercutting our Police, Investigators, Prosecutors and Judges and wasting tax payer dollars. Tim  supports a competitive pay for our officers.

It’s time to focus on infrastructure. Tim will focus on getting Rockwall moving again!  The “wait for TXDOT” approach is causing more gridlock.  While others are satisfied reacting to change, It’s time for a leader with a track record of getting things done and with a vision for the future to get Rockwall moving again!…
